Scientific name : Citrus reticulata Blanco.
Shape : flattened sphere with easily separated sections
Colour : thin yellowish green rind, easy to peel off
Taste : sweet and slightly sour, juicy.

Preparation and eating
1.Break open the fruit by pressing your thumbs at the dented spot in the bottom.
2.Separate the fruit in half.
3.Peel the rind and remove all the fibrous filaments. 
Usage : - Eaten fresh.
- Make juice. 
Storage : 2-4 weeks at 5-8°C, 90-95% RH
