Preparation and eating
1. Silt the skin with a knife or using a strong thumb-nail around the fruit from end to end.
2. Remove the skin.
3. Remove the seed. 
Usage : - Eaten fresh and frozen.
- Make juice and jam.
- Added in desserts. 
Storage : 3-5 weeks at 2-5°C, 90-95% RH Do not leave the fruit directly exposed to ambient air because the red rind will turn dark drown rapidly.
